1. Agreement

By placing an order on this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

We do our best to display product photos, dimensions and colours as accurately as possible. Slight variations between the photo and the physical product can occur due to screen calibration and lighting and are not grounds for a defective claim.

3. Pricing & availability

All prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout and include applicable VAT where relevant. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will refund the affected items in full.

4. Orders & payment

An order is accepted once we send the order confirmation email. Payment is captured at that point through Stripe or PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or a clear pricing error.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide. Processing takes 1–3 business days, delivery typically 5–10 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused tiles for a full refund. See our Return Policy for details. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Use of the site

You agree not to abuse this site, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, copy our content for commercial use, or interfere with its operation.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photos, logos, designs and the Stick Tiles name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

9. Liability

Stick Tiles is liable for direct damages caused by our gross negligence, up to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect damages such as installation costs, lost time, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
